操作步骤Steps

确认免费额度
首次开通新加坡地域后，在控制台查看各模型独立免费额度与 90 天到期时间。
开启 Free Quota Only
该开关默认关闭；如需避免意外扣费，应在正式调用前手动开启。

发送最小请求

使用新加坡地域 OpenAI 兼容 endpoint 与普通 Model Studio API Key 调用支持模型。
