开放权重解决的是模型获取问题，不代表推理成本、许可证、商用权限和部署复杂度都为零。Open weights solve access to the model files, not inference cost, licensing, commercial rights or deployment complexity.

• 许可证License：下载前确认商用、再分发、衍生模型和受限用途条款；“可下载”不自动等于“无限制开源”。Check commercial use, redistribution, derivatives and restricted-use terms; downloadable does not automatically mean unrestricted open source.
• 硬件成本Hardware cost：根据参数量、量化方式和上下文长度估算显存、内存、存储与吞吐需求。Estimate VRAM, RAM, storage and throughput from parameter size, quantization and context length.
• 部署路径Deployment path：区分官方权重、本地运行工具与第三方托管 API；三者的免费条件和隐私边界不同。Separate official weights, local runtimes and third-party hosted APIs because their pricing and privacy boundaries differ.
